Doelstelling

het promoten en bevorderen van barokmuziek in binnen- en buitenland, onder meer door het geven van optredens en het maken van opnamen;
het geven van workshops en muziekeducatie;

De Stichting heeft geen winstoogmerk.

Het vermogen van de stichting zal worden gevormd door:
a. subsidies en donaties;
b. schenkingen, erfstellingen en legaten;
c. alle andere verkrijgingen en baten.
Erfstellingen kunnen door de stichting slechts worden aanvaard onder het voorrecht van boedelbeschrijving.

Hoofdlijnen Beleidsplan – Augustus 2020

Until the corona-crisis evolved in the beginning of 2020, Ensemble Fantasticus had 12 concerts planned in the season 2020 – 2021 with exciting collaborations planned with Alex Potter (countertenor) and Francesco Corti (harpsichord) in the Netherlands, the UK (Wigmore Hall) and Germany. Until now only 4 of these concerts have been cancelled or pushed back to later seasons though all remaining concerts are unsure and depend on quickly changing circumstances surrounding the coronavirus. Nevertheless, it is a relatively large number of concerts for Ensemble Fantasticus compared to previous seasons, and we hope to be able to play most of the bookings and continue in this way for the future.

We will continue to try and perform and promote interesting programmes of baroque music at a high level in the Netherlands and abroad. We will do this through our existing network of concert promoters and also by attending events such as De Kamermuziekdag (in 2018 and 2019 this was held at TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht).

On the education front we are not as strong as we would like to be. We try to offer workshops when a possibility arises, though the last time that this happened was in 2018 in Leeds, UK with Wakefield Girls High School. We would like to increase what we can offer on this front.

Beloningsbeleid

De leden van het bestuur genieten geen beloning voor hun werkzaamheden. Zij hebben wel recht op vergoeding van de door hen in de uitoefening van hun functie gemaakte kosten.
